Based on market competition and diversified needs of customers, our
company developed and produced ZT-ZKHJ180E vacuum brazing machine,
which adopts diffusion pump for high vacuum system, simplified
structure, automatic control.
Materials: Natural Diamond, Mono Crystal Diamond, PCD, PCBN, CVD
and Cermet.
Substrate Materials: Cermet, Tungsten Carbide, Steel, Stainless
Steel, Steel Alloy, Ceramics, etc.

PRODUCING STEPS
1, Washing, put the work piece into the Ultrasonic cleaning machine
for 15-20 minutes;2, Fixing;
3, Drying, adjust the drying oven at 210 degree for 10-15 minutes;
4, Brazing/Welding, put the work piece into the chamber, according
to preset program welding;
5, Finished brazing / welding and below are the ready goods.
