Minimalism style metal coated polymer fabric glass laminate screen is a new decorative glass laminate comprised of two low iron tempered glass lamiated with metal coated polymer fabric through SGP, PVB, EVA or TPU. it is polymer mesh fabric deposited by nano metal. After coating nano metal, the surface of polymer mesh fabric is metal glossy but at the same time, it is featherlight and anti-oxidant. Depending on the specific metal coated polymer mesh fabric, light transmittance between 25-60% can be achieved, Combing with Low-E IGU Glass, it can be used for exterior outdoor UV Stable IGU.

Bacstone galss is made of two low iron glass panels with1- 2mm thick natural stone central layer, laminated by GS interlayer. Natural light can pass through bacstone glass panel as the central natural stone layer is as thin as 1-2mm.

Metalspurc glass is made of two low iron glass panels with metalspurc metal coated polymer mesh fabric which has metal-coated coating on polymer mesh fabric. Metalspurc glass has very high metal glossness and featherlight weight, different privacy level can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%. Various metal coating and customised color can be available.

Both Bacstone glass and Metalspurc glass have passed the following tests:

1. Two hour Boiling Test

2. Pummel Test

3. -40 Celcius Degree 360 hours

4. 85 Celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours

5. 150 Celcius degree baking 2 hours

6. 85 Celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celc<spanyes&#180;;font-size:20.05pt;font-family:times new="" roman;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-weight:bold;"="" style="box-sizing: border-box; padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">ius degree 2 hours, total 10 circles.
