Intended Use

To be used for blood cell counting, sizing, and WBC differentiation, hemoglobin determination on Sysmex XT-2000i, XT-1800i hematology analyzers. This product is for In Vitro Diagnostic Use only.

• Re-calibration is recommended when changing the origin of the reagents.
• It is not recommended using different brands of solutions together on one unit of analyzer.
• Do not ingest. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
• Skin contact: Flush with plenty of water.
• Eyes contact: Flush with plenty of water. Obtain immediate medical attention.
• This kit is for professionals and in vitro diagnostic use only.

Procedures

• Remove the diluents tubing from the currently used Cellpack.
• Wipe the tube’s surface with a lent free tissue, and then rinse with distilled water.
• Loosen and remove the cap on the cubitainers or bottles or sachet, attach the dispenser assembly to the cubintainer or bottle or sachet, then tighten the caps.
• Connect the other reagents to the analyzer in the same way.
• Prime the reagents though the instrument completely according to the operator’s manual.
• Recalibrate the unit if necessary.

Storage

• Store the product at 5-35℃ in a dust free place with good ventilation. Temperature outside the range may damage the product.
• The open vial life of the product is 30/60 days. Unused reagents should be discarded after 30/60 days. Do not mix residual with a new carton.
