A packer is a down-hole device used to form an annular seal between two concentric strings of pipe, or between the pipe and the wall of
the open hole. The RTTS packer is the hookwall type packer which can segregate bidirectional pressure designed. The RTTS packer is composed by a J-slot mechanism, mechanical slips, packing element, and hydraulic slips.
