DESCRIPTION

The ceramic beads are made of zirconium sand mineral through electric fusion, with fine internal structure of zirconium crystals in a glassy silicon dioxide cover, thus have high density and high impact resistance features.

It’s high quality blasting media, suitable for surface cleaning and deburring, and precise surface treatment on stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, and Aluminum alloy work pieces, etc..

Small deformation ensures that the shape of the projectile does not change during impact, and the spherical shape of the ceramic sand improves the quality stability of the shot peening of the part.

Ceramic beads sand blasting can clean all the dirt on the surface of the casting, forging and welding workpiece , such as oxide scale and oil stain, and polish the surface of the workpiece to improve the smoothness , and to beautify the work piece surface.

Sand blasting can make the workpiece exposed uniform metallic color, making the appearance of the workpiece more beautiful.
