Main structure:

The structure of this machine mainly consists of the main unit, analyzer, fan, finished product cyclone separator, fine powder cyclone separator and air duct. Among them, the main unit is composed of a frame, an air intake volute, a scraper, grinding rollers, grinding rings and a cover shell.

Working principle:

When in operation, the materials to be crushed are added into the machine through the feeding hopper on the side of the machine cover shell. Relying on the grinding roller device suspended on the main machine's plum blossom frame, it rotates around the vertical axis while rotating itself. Due to the effect of centrifugal force during rotation, the grinding roller swings outward and tightly presses against the grinding ring, causing the scraper to lift the materials and send them between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The purpose of crushing materials is achieved by the rolling and pressing of the grinding rollers.

Air separation process: After the materials are ground, the fan blows air into the main casing to lift the powder. The powder is then sorted by the analyzer placed above the grinding chamber. Materials that are too fine fall back into the grinding chamber for re-grinding. Those that meet the fineness specifications enter the cyclone collector with the air flow, and are collected and discharged through the powder outlet, which is the finished product. The air flow is returned to the fan through the return air pipe at the top of the large cyclone collector. The air path is circulating and flows under negative pressure. The increased air volume of the circulating air path is discharged through the exhaust gas pipe between the fan and the main unit, and then enters the small cyclone collector for purification treatment.
