1. The TWN grippers are built with precise mechanics, sealed lubrication, and robust multi-tooth straight-groove guidance.

● Compact body enables short-stroke operations with significant load capacity
● More surface contact spreads stress, reducing wear
● Grease circulates quickly and consistently across the moving parts
● Maintains high motion accuracy and stiffness over extended use
● Oil-retaining grooves in the guidance system increase lifespan

2. Equipped with versatile pneumatic and sensor interface options.

Gripping force maintenance-AS/IS

  • Optional gripping force maintenance function available via TWN-P-AS/IS models (AS for closed position, IS for open).

  • Spring accumulator ensures secure gripping under low pressure or failure conditions.

Dust-tight version

  • Dust-resistant version (TWN-SD) reaches IP64 protection rating.

High-temperature version

  • The high-temp version (TWN-P-HT) boosts the working range to 5/130°C from the standard 5/90°C.
