Description

Product characteristics

1. Strong permeability, can effectively seal and reinforce the loose base pore structure, reduce the water-soluble substances from the base seepage.

2. Strong adhesion, enhance the firmness of putty, and reduce paint disease.

3. Alkali resistance, salt precipitation resistance.

4. Quality and environmental protection, low content of harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene, soluble heavy metals, etc.

Application

Used with the main material of exterior wall coating, it is suitable for the exterior wall substrate of various buildings such as cement mortar, mixed mortar, concrete, etc.

Technical parameters

 Theoretical dosage: about 6-8㎡/KG/1 time, the actual consumption varies depending on the construction method and the flatness of the base.
Dilution ratio: dilute with no more than 5% water depending on the specific situation.
Drying time: about 2 hours for surface drying; recoating time is at least 24 hours (25℃, 50% relative humidity), and it can be extended moderately at low temperature.
Maintenance time: 7 days/25℃, which can be extended at low temperature (not less than 5℃) to obtain the ideal coating effect.
Implementation standard: GB18582-2020 "Limits of harmful substances in wall coatings for construction".

Construction method

Construction method: roller coating, etc.
Construction environment: construction is prohibited when the temperature is below 5℃ or the relative humidity is above 80% or in strong winds, rain, snow, thunderstorms and other weather.
 Base treatment: Before construction, the base must be inspected and accepted strictly in accordance with national standards to ensure that the surface of the base is flat, clean, solid, free of grease, mildew, algae, floating dust and other attachments, pH value <10, moisture content <10%, and construction conditions are met.
 During construction, please configure necessary protective and labor protection supplies according to local operating specifications, such as protective glasses, gloves and professional construction clothes. During construction, tools such as hanging baskets or brackets must be sturdy and reliable.
 During construction, attention should be paid to the water ratio of materials and construction techniques, and operations should be carried out in accordance with specifications.
 Before construction, the materials should be fully stirred and used in a certain proportion. The preparation container must be clean and free of other chemical substances.
 During and after construction, please use clean water to clean the utensils in time.

Storage conditions

Store in a closed place at 5℃~35℃ in a cool and dry place, strictly prevent frost and avoid sunlight.
