Description

This product is a matching primer designed for exterior wall coatings, with the characteristics of strong alkali resistance and high adhesion. The product can effectively seal and reinforce the substrate to prevent alkaline substances and salt from seeping out and destroying the service life of the topcoat.

High-quality polymer emulsion, titanium dioxide, environmentally friendly additives, fillers, deionized water, etc.

Application process

Construction method: rolling, spraying, brushing, etc.
Construction environment: construction is prohibited when the temperature is below 5℃ or the relative humidity is above 80% or in strong winds, rain, snow, thunderstorms and other weather.
 Base treatment: Before construction, the base must be inspected and accepted strictly in accordance with national standards to ensure that the surface of the base is flat, clean, solid, free of grease, mildew, algae, floating dust and other attachments, pH value <10, moisture content <10%, and construction conditions are met.
 During construction, please configure necessary protective and labor protection supplies according to local operating specifications, such as protective glasses, gloves and professional construction clothes. During construction, tools such as hanging baskets or brackets must be sturdy and reliable.
 During construction, attention should be paid to the water ratio of materials and construction techniques, and operations should be carried out in accordance with specifications.
 Before construction, the materials should be fully stirred and used in a certain proportion. The preparation container must be clean and free of other chemical substances.
 During and after construction, please use clean water to clean the utensils in time.

Precautions

 If the product leaks, it can be covered with sand or soil for absorption.
 For the treatment of pollutants after absorption, including cans and unused containers, they should be handled in accordance with local environmental protection standards.
Never discharge discarded paint waste into drains or water sources.
