Introduction of Cooling Roller:

The non-condensation cooling roller is also called "cold roller" or "water cooling roller". It mainly plays the role of rapidly cooling the material, so it can be used as "quick cooling roller", "casting sheet roller" and "Chill Roller". The non-condensation cooling roller adopts special temperature equalization technology, which can quickly transfer the heat absorbed by the working area to both ends. This can not only make the temperature difference between the hot material and the roller surface large, speed up the heat transfer, but also ensure the two sections of the cooling roller. The temperature is only slightly lower than the temperature in the working area and remains above the dew point temperature.
