Electrostatic Powder Coating Equipment'S Powder Recycler With Filter Element

1. Recycle device is consist of upper box and lower box.
2. Starting soft joint to seal between upper box and lower box, the lower box is movable to exchange and clean filter element.
3. Recycle fan is set in the upper box. Equipment noise is less than 85dB (standard of China).
4. Recycle system use two sets of filter devices (filter element and final filter). Exhausting tail gas is less than 10mg/m³ (standard of China).

5. The filter element is constructed from waterproof and antistatic polyester material and is installed within the lower recycle box.

6. The blowback self-cleaning device in the recycle system efficiently removes accumulated powder from the filter element.

7. The blowback device is equipped with an electronic control instrument and a pulse membrane valve for effective operation.

8. The automatic powder recycle system is located at the bottom of the powder saver. Recycled powder is transported via a powder recycle pump into an electric powder filter, where it is screened and returned to the powder supply bucket. After fluidization, it is evenly mixed with new powder in the bucket.

9. After shift, switch off recycle fan, so that pulse blowback self-cleaning system work singly or repetitiously, to finish cleaning recycle filter element.
