Recycle device is consist of upper box and lower box.
Starting soft joint to seal between upper box and lower box, the lower box is movable so as to exchange and clean filter element.
Recycle fan is set in the upper box. Equipment noise is less than 85dB (standard of China).
Recycle system use two sets of filter devices (filter element and final filter). Exhausting tail gas is less than 10mg/m³ (standard of China).
Filter element is made from polyester waterproof antistatic material, and it is set in the lower recycle box.
Blowback self-cleaning device in the recycle system can clean stockpiled powder of filter element efficiently.
Blowback device is made of electron order control instrument and pulse membrane valve.
Automatic powder recycle system is set at the bottom of powder saver. Recycled powder can get into electric powder filter through powder recycle pump, screening powder return into the powder supply bucket, and equably mix with new powder in the bucket after fluidifying.
After shift, switch off recycle fan, so that pulse blowback self-cleaning system work singly or repetitiously, to finish cleaning recycle filter element.
