Key Performance Advantages
All raw materials used in production, including steel coils,
welding wires, and fluxes, must undergo strict physical and
chemical inspections to ensure a solid foundation for product
quality from the source.
Before forming, the strip steel needs to undergo leveling,
trimming, planing, surface cleaning, transportation, and pre
bending treatment to ensure the quality of the plate and prepare
for subsequent high-precision forming.
Using an electric contact pressure gauge to control the conveyor
pressure, ensuring smooth transportation of strip steel.
Adopting advanced external or internal control roll forming
technology.
By using a weld seam gap control device, the pipe diameter,
misalignment, and weld seam gap are strictly ensured to meet the
welding standards.
Both internal and external welding are carried out using American
Lincoln electric welding machines for single or double wire
submerged arc welding, and active submerged arc welding is applied
during strip steel docking and pipe body repair welding to achieve
extremely stable and reliable welding quality.
Using an air plasma cutting machine to accurately cut steel pipes
into single pieces, with smooth and efficient cuts.
Each batch of steel pipes must undergo a strict final inspection
system, including weld mechanical properties, chemical composition,
fusion condition, steel pipe surface quality, and non-destructive
testing, to ensure that the pipe manufacturing process is 100%
qualified before leaving the factory.
X-ray steel pipe inspection
The parts with continuous ultrasonic testing marks on the weld seam
shall be manually inspected by ultrasonic and X-ray. If there are
defects, they shall be repaired and subjected to non-destructive
testing again until it is confirmed that the defects have been
cleared.
The pipes where the strip steel butt welds and spiral welds
intersect, as well as the T-shaped joints, are inspected by X-ray
television or film.
