Perform comprehensive inspections covering mechanical properties, chemical composition, fusion condition, surface quality, and non-destructive testing. Only fully qualified steel pipes can be delivered to customers.

X-ray Steel Pipe Inspection

Continuous ultrasonic testing marks on weld seams undergo manual ultrasonic and X-ray inspection. Any defects are repaired and retested until cleared.

Strip steel butt welds, spiral weld intersections, and T-joints are inspected by X-ray television or film.


Fully automatic steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine
The hydraulic testing machine is mainly used for pressure testing of welded pipes, and has the functions of computer recording, storage, printing, and test results. It has the advantages of high efficiency, high testing pressure, and strong safety. The pipe diameter range is from Φ 20 to Φ 3500mm, and the test pressure is 10-110MPa.
Process flow: upper pipe - connecting pipe - water filling - pressure pressing - pressure holding - pressure relief - drainage - outlet pipe.
