  Working Principle

  
  

  1. Waste Compression: Waste is fed into the fixed compression chamber and compacted vertically/horizontally (per model) by hydraulic rams, forming dense waste blocks.
  2. Bin Integration: Compressed waste is pushed into a sealed movable bin until the bin reaches capacity.
  3. Bin Transfer: The full bin is shifted (hydraulically or via forklift) to align with garbage trucks; an empty bin is then swapped into place for uninterrupted operation.
  4. Waste Discharge: The movable bin is tilted or opened to transfer waste into trucks, while the empty bin returns to the compression station for reuse.
