The core SINOMEMB ® series SN U-HI-1-660 hollow fiber UF membrane element membrane module is ideal for systems with a capacity of 50 m 3 /hr (220 gpm) and below. The 60-inch length of this module is more effective at treating a variety of feedwaters than longer modules. In addition, the diameter of the membrane module is 6 inches , and the size is small, which can realize a relatively compact design , which is very suitable for occasions with limited space , and helps customers to achieve a more economical membrane system design , and can be widely used in surface water and well water , seawater , industrial wastewater, secondary and tertiary treatment of sewage and other water treatment applications.

Saveyor SVF membrane is made by unique technology called as "complex Thermally Induced Phase Separation" (c-TIPS)technology which endows to membrane with high crystallinity. As result, the membrane is good at chemical resistance,mechanical strength and longer life time.
The operation flux of most of UF or MF membrane products is much
lower than their initial flux resulting from the loss of
membrane hydrophilicity by polymer reconfiguration. Saveyor PVDF UF
membrane remains hydrophilic permanently and thus, offers steady
flux.
Saveyor SVF Series membrane modules can be cleaned thoroughly by strong oxidant because of the chemical inertness of PVDF polymer.
An air diffuser is installed inside this series of Saveyor membrane
modules so that air may be evenly distributed around
membrane capillaries. Water is "carried" upward by this air flow
and "drain" downward through a central pipe and such
create a water recirculation current. This Air Lift Recirculation
(ALR) current may greatly reduce membrane fouling.
The "roots" of the capillaries are the weakest portions in membrane modules, and may be broken during operation. These portions of membranes in Saveyor UF modules are protected by a soft layer of potting material.
Typically, Saveyor SVF membrane is designed to be run at pressure
as low as 0.02MPa (3.0 psi) to produce enough water.
APPLICATIONS Saveyor SVF membrane modules can be used to purify
well and surface water for drinking water, to filter sewage and
waste water for water recycle, and to treat surface or sea water
for RO and NF systems.
