Product Description:

  • This is a medical and industrial USB 2.0 CMOS sensor endoscope camera module, an optical solution integrating robust protection and excellent imaging performance. It is equipped with a CMOS color image sensor with 0.08MP pixels, capable of stably outputting QVGA resolution images at 240x320@30fps, and supports two output formats (YUV and MJPEG) to meet transmission and archiving needs in different scenarios. In terms of optical performance, the module features a 105° diagonal viewing angle, paired with a 0.5mm focal length and a wide focusing range of 3~50mm. Its TV distortion is strictly controlled below -10%, effectively ensuring image authenticity, and it supports manual focusing to accurately lock onto observation targets at different distances.​
    For structural design, it adopts a separated scheme and achieves stable signal connection with the DSP board via wire bonding. The DSP board is equipped with a Micro USB interface, supporting USB 2.0 transmission speed and UVC protocol, enabling quick connection to devices without additional drivers. The lens adopts a slim 2.8mm diameter design with an outer steel shell, and at the same time, it has IP67 dust and water resistance. It integrates 4 0201-type LED fill lights to ensure imaging in low-light environments.
