Fixed Focus 1.5mm Diameter OCHFA10 Sensor Inspection Endoscope
Camera Module

Product Description:
- This is a fixed focus 1.5mm diameter OCHFA10 sensor inspection
endoscope camera module, an ultra-miniature imaging solution
specifically designed for high-demand minimally invasive inspection
scenarios. Equipped with the OmniVision OCHFA10 CMOS color image
sensor, it features 0.5MP pixels and 700x700 resolution, with a
maximum support for 30FPS frame rate, enabling smooth display of
dynamic images. The 1/17.5-inch sensor size, combined with
1.008μm×1.008μm high-precision pixels, ensures clear capture of
tiny details. In terms of optical configuration, the F5.0 aperture,
0.418mm focal length, and 5~50mm focusing range work in synergy—it
not only meets the needs of high-precision imaging at a close
distance of 5mm but also covers medium-distance observation up to
50mm. With a field of view (FOV) of D105°*H86°*V86° and TV
distortion < -11%, the image is wide and free from obvious
stretching or deformation. The output end supports dual formats
(YUY/MJEPG): YUY is suitable for real-time low-latency observation,
while MJEPG facilitates high-compression storage. It adopts a Micro
USB interface for output at USB2.0 speed and is compatible with the
UVC protocol to achieve plug-and-play functionality. The separated
structural design reduces the constraint of cables on lens
movement; the lens has a diameter of only 1.5mm and is paired with
chemical corrosion-resistant plastic lenses. Manufactured through
SMT technology and AA (Active Alignment) process to ensure mass
production precision, it has also passed international
certifications such as CE, FCC, RoHS, and REACH, making it suitable
for strict application requirements in multiple fields.
Features:
- High Operational Precision: Supports manual focus, which can be combined with the 5~50mm wide
focusing range to accurately lock onto targets at different
distances (e.g., close-range component cracks, medium-distance
cavity structures). Paired with the direct-view imaging function,
clear images can be obtained without repeated adjustments, reducing
operational complexity.
- Flexible Scene Adaptability: The separated design allows independent arrangement of the lens
and the host, adapting to observation needs in narrow spaces (such
as equipment interiors and human body cavities). The UVC protocol
is compatible with mainstream systems like Windows and Android,
requiring no dedicated drivers and enabling quick connection to
devices such as tablets and laptops, thus reducing deployment
costs.
- Reliable Mass Production and Compliance: Adopts SMT technology for efficient mass production, and the AA
process ensures μm-level alignment accuracy between the lens and
the sensor, avoiding imaging deviation caused by assembly errors.
Having passed multiple international certifications, it complies
with compliance standards in the medical, industrial, and consumer
electronics fields in terms of electromagnetic compatibility and
restriction of hazardous substances, ensuring strong stability in
long-term use.
- Balanced Imaging Details and Field of View: The 1.008μm pixel size guarantees detail reproduction capability,
while the 105° wide FOV expands the observation range—solving the
contradiction that "high-detail imaging tends to sacrifice the
field of view". A single observation can cover more areas while
capturing key details.

Applications:
- Auxiliary Ophthalmic Slit Lamp Examination: The 1.5mm ultra-thin lens can be close to the edge of the eyelid.
The 5~50mm focusing range adapts to observation distances from the
corneal surface (5~10mm) to the lens (30~50mm). Manual focus can
clearly display details such as corneal scratches and lens
opacities, and direct-view imaging facilitates doctors in real-time
judgment of eye conditions.
- Industrial Precision Mold Cavity Inspection: For the inspection of inner wall defects in small injection molds
(cavity width < 5mm), the 0.418mm short focal length can clearly
capture burrs and shrinkage marks on the cavity surface, and the
105° FOV reduces the number of lens movements. The separated design
allows the lens to extend into the deep cavity of the mold, and the
USB2.0 speed combined with the YUY format enables real-time
transmission of images to the inspection terminal, improving
quality inspection efficiency.
- Pipeline Endoscopy for Food Processing Equipment: Used for cleanliness inspection of food-grade stainless steel
pipelines (inner diameter ≥ 2mm). The plastic lenses are resistant
to corrosion from acid-alkali cleaning solutions, and the 5~50mm
focusing range allows observation of residual dirt and weld defects
on the inner wall of the pipeline. Supporting the UVC protocol, it
can be quickly deployed by connecting to industrial tablets,
avoiding interference of traditional inspection equipment with the
food production process.
