Cbd Oil Filling Machine Workflow
The machine integrates bottle handling, automatic filling, nozzle
and cover management, and servo-driven screw capping into a
streamlined process:
Bottle Loading: Empty bottles are manually placed onto the conveyor for processing
Detection: Photoelectric sensors identify bottles on the main turntable,
sending signals to the PLC to start or skip filling
Filling: When a bottle is detected, the filling nozzle descends into the
bottle to deliver an accurate dose of CBD oil
Cover Placement: Swing-arm covers rotate into position to properly cap the bottle
Screw Capping: Servo motors control torque and speed, ensuring secure and
consistent capping for every bottle
Bottle Exit: Completed, capped bottles are smoothly discharged from the
conveyor for collection or packaging
