Video Data Transmitter with Hybrid Network Support for Drone/UAV
Systems
The HCL620 video data transmitter utilizes MIMO dual transmission
and reception technology to overcome signal blockage during
aircraft maneuvers while delivering throughput up to 100Mbps. This
makes it ideal for high-speed video data transmission in demanding
unmanned system applications.
Advanced Mesh Networking Capabilities
In a MESH network configuration, each HCL620 MANET radio operates
in peer-to-peer mode, creating a true mobile network. The system
easily integrates with various unmanned platforms and connects
directly to monitors, input devices, and sensors through
multi-functional I/O ports, forming a complete Ground Control
Station (GCS) or field data processing unit.
- Supports point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, chain relay, mesh
networking and hybrid network topologies
- Self-forming and self-healing network capabilities
- Ultra-reliable connectivity for unmanned systems

MESH Network Nodes and Throughput
The HCL620 MANET network radio operates in either access node mode
or central node mode, managed through the network user interface.
It supports up to 64 access nodes connecting to a central node
within the same wireless local area network, sharing the full
transmission bandwidth (up to 100Mbps throughput). Data
transmission is categorized as downlink (central to access node)
and uplink (access to central node), with the ratio controllable
via web UI. In point-to-point configurations, both uplink and
downlink data streams share the complete transmission bandwidth.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. Can I get a sample order for this MANET network radio?
A1: Sure, welcome sample order for testing.
Q2. Does this Mesh networking radio support any other cameras
except IP camera?
A2: IP camera video can be connected directly via Ethernet port.
HDMI/SDI/AHD/AV camera video requires encoding with our SE10/SE11
encoder before connecting to HCL620 via Ethernet.
