Machine Description
CHM Machinery's computerized high-precision single rotary sheeter
is specifically designed for paper mills, paper distributors, and
printing houses. This advanced machine enhances slitting capacity
while ensuring superior quality output. The single-drum sheeter
features a "Top blade rotary, bottom blade fixed" flying shear
design, where the lower blade remains stationary during paper
transport while the upper blade rotates continuously at high speed.
The AC servo-driven control system ensures accurate and stable
operation of the single rotary sheet cutter. This versatile machine
handles paper weights from 60 to 550 gsm, and can efficiently cut
thin paper as light as 30 grams. With the capability to process
8-12 rolls simultaneously and achieve cutting speeds up to 100 cuts
per minute, this sheeter excels where many others struggle.
