Technical Description
CHM Machinery specializes in computerized high-precision single
rotary sheeters designed for paper mills, paper distributors, and
printing houses. This advanced equipment enhances slitting capacity
while ensuring superior quality output.
The single-drum sheeter employs a "Top blade rotary, bottom blade
fixed" flying shear design, where the lower blade remains
stationary during paper transport while the upper blade rotates
continuously at high speed. The AC servo-driven control system
ensures accurate and stable operation.
This machine handles paper weights from 60 to 550 gsm and can
process thin paper as light as 30 grams, with the capability to cut
8-12 rolls simultaneously at speeds up to 100 cuts per minute.
