• SCR catalysts used in diesel engine exhaust gas aftertreatment are mainly vanadium-based catalysts and zeolite catalysts. Heating and regeneration of diesel particulate filter in diesel engine emission control system will make the exhaust temperature reach above 650 C. The exhaust temperature of normal diesel engine is 150-250°C under low load and 200-350°C under high load. The exhaust temperature of advanced diesel engine with high fuel utilization rate may be lower. At present, the widely used vanadium-based catalysts will rapidly decrease in activity above 550°C and have biological toxicity. Diesel exhaust catalysis requires the use of catalysts with more hydrothermal stability and less deactivation.
• In the coupling mode of DPF and SCR, the DPF device is located in front of the SCR device. Because the active regeneration of DPF will produce short-term high temperature, resulting in deactivation of vanadium-based catalyst, the conversion efficiency of zeolite molecular sieve is higher. The purification effect of tail gas can be improved by using copper-iron composite zeolite catalyst, which combines the advantages of copper-iron zeolite catalyst at low temperature and high temperature respectively.
