Ship launching airbags are specialized marine rubber air bags designed for launching marine vessels, ship landing, or haul-outs. These heavy-duty airbags are also widely used in loading, floating, lifting, and moving sunken ships, as well as salvaging stranded boats.
Constructed with synthetic-tire-cord layers between inner and outer rubber layers, these cylindrical balloons represent an innovative ship-launching technology that overcomes traditional limitations of fixed launching tracks.

Our rubber airbags feature a robust construction with an outer rubber layer, multiple synthetic-tire-cord layers, and an inner rubber layer vulcanized firmly together. Additional layers are applied at the end shoulders for enhanced durability.
The reinforcement layer consists of rubber-coated synthetic-tire-cord fabrics twined at ideal angles using our patented Holistic Wrapping Technology. This ensures even stress distribution and optimal pressure containment.
