Custom 18-Inch 75kw Rubber Open Mixing Mill Machine
An open mixing mill is a batch mixer for plastic and rubber
compounds. It features two rollers running in opposite directions,
with adjustable spacing between them. The machine homogenizes and
plasticizes raw materials before calendering. In rubber mixing, the
rollers exert compression and shear forces, kneading the rubber
repeatedly to blend components and induce chemical reactions that
ensure even dispersion and plasticization.
