Custom Production Type Rubber Open Mixing Mill
An open mixing mill is a batch mixer for plastic and rubber
compounds. It features two rollers running in opposite directions,
with adjustable spacing between them. The machine homogenizes and
plasticizes raw materials before delivery to the calender. In
rubber mixing, rollers exert compression and shear forces,
repeatedly kneading the rubber to blend components and induce
chemical reactions that reduce molecular chain length, ensuring
even dispersion and plasticization.
