• VFR Large and Small Car AS/RS is a combined AS/RS solution for VFR series products. Through small cars handling flat handling, large cars handling high-level lifting and unloading, and cooperation between large and small cars, a tray vertical warehouse solution with high overall efficiency, low cost, and large cache capacity is achieved.
• The "small car" of VFR large and small car AS/RS can go deep into the tunnel for pallet connection. The connection position for the upper and lower rack of the AS/RS is set at the lower level of the tunnel. The "large car" only needs to connect with the pallet in the tunnel to complete the upper and lower rack. The walking distance of the large car is greatly reduced, and compared with the traditional "unmanned forklift with VNA connection", it is more efficient.
• The VFR large and small car AS/RS uses a "small car" to undertake the loading and unloading and handling of low-level goods in the tunnel, and uses a "large car" to focus on the loading and unloading of high-level goods. The workload of the large car is reduced, and the required quantity is reduced. Compared with the traditional "unmanned forklift with VNA connection", the cost is lower

• The "small car" of VFR large and small car AS/RS can penetrate deep into the aisle, and the lower levels of the shelves are all directly accessible without the need for connection. High frequency goods stored on the lower levels of the racks can be quickly accessed, and the flow limit from high-frequency goods and pallets to human picking is higher, compared to the traditional "unmanned forklift with VNA connection" flow limit.
